What surface types can be used for your inflatables?

Our inflatables can be set up on:

  • Indoor Hard Surfaces: Ideal for a safe and controlled environment.
  • Grass: Perfect for outdoor fun, as we can securely anchor our inflatables with pegs.

Please note that we do not accept bookings on concrete or AstroTurf surfaces. Thank you for your understanding!

What happens in the event of adverse weather?

Safety is our top priority at Bubble N Bounce. In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as high winds over 23mph, heavy rain, or lightning, we may need to postpone or cancel your booking to ensure everyone’s safety.

We will monitor the weather closely and communicate any changes to you as soon as possible. If your event needs to be rescheduled, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative date. Thank you for your understanding!

If this is the case you have two choices either a full refund or change the date of the booking with no extra cost.

I'm unsure if the product I'm booking will fit. What should I do?

No worries! All our inflatable sizes and suitability details are available on our website. Simply visit the "Products" section and check the "Size and Suitability" tab for each item. This will help you determine if the inflatable will fit your space perfectly. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us!

Do you accept last-minute bookings?

Yes, we do accept last-minute bookings! However, we recommend giving us a call to check availability and finalize the details. We’re here to help make your event a success!

What are your delivery and collection times?

We offer free drop-off times between 6:30 AM and 12:30 PM, and free collection times from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please note that there will be extra charges for specific time slots, as we will need to adjust the driver’s route. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Can I book for overnight?

Yes, you can book for overnight use! Please note that there is an additional charge for this service. If you're interested, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide more details!

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking! We ask that you provide as much notice as possible. There will be no charge for cancellations due to bad weather or emergencies, or if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we may hold onto your deposit, but you will have the option to reschedule for a later date. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you do outdoor bookings in winter?

We offer outdoor bookings from April 1st to mid-October. Unfortunately, we do not operate outdoor hires during the winter months. If you have any questions about indoor options or future bookings, feel free to reach out!
